Stop scratching your head at DIY forum posts and do yourself a favor — buy this kit. Absolutely fantastic braking at high and low speeds, no squeaking, and it’s one of the only parts on my custom bike that I didn’t have to modify AT ALL. If you work on bikes, you know it seems that nothing fits perfectly — this does. Oh, and the paint quality on the calipers is excellent too.
What I got: Drilled and thinned rotors, dual calipers, phenolic pistons, speedo plate (so happy I didn’t have to figure out how to make this myself), modified banjo fittings (needed if you want easy-to-install braided lines), and anti-squeal pads.
